Do you buy gold?
We certainly do however we don't buy alluvial gold. Broken gold jewellery is also accepted at a Scrap Gold price.
Do you do payday advance loans?
We only loan against items in a traditional Pawnbroking approach.
Do you loan against mobile phones?
Yes- we loan against newer model phones but all smart phone accounts must be removed and we will reset the phone. We will not accept phones without chargers.
Is Layby available?
Yes. A 10% deposit is required over a term of three months.
How many loans can I have?
If we feel that your loaned items will be profitable should you forfeit them, then we don’t set a limit on the amount of loans given per person.
Is The Cash Shop part of a Franchise?
No we are an independent, family owned small business therefore we try and make dealings suitable for each individual need.
Do you accept Afterpay?
We don't accept Afterpay however we do accept Zippay Cards through our Eftpos terminal. Indifferent to generating a Zippay barcode, these cards can be generated via the App to be used at most EFT terminals.
Can you cash a cheque?
Unfortunately we do not cash third party cheques, we do however accept cheques made out to us allowing for clearance time.
